Welcome to the Thirst For Anime Club!

We know there are several of you out there who have that thirst to want to read, draw, and then read a little more when it comes to Anime. Anime is a fantastic type of Art to get into! Let's explain a few things to those that have questions.


Why does this Club exist?

Well the main reason is for people out there who want to get their stuff out there for others to see and have a fun time doing it. You may work 20 hours on one piece of art and then no one seems to see you. Well we can tell you that a few people here would love to see what you got. Also the club is here for people who may have questions. We may not know all the answers but we can give it a shot, right!

Joining!

1. Send the Group a Note with the subject JOIN!
2. State in the note your favorite Anime and why.
3. Add us to your Deviant Watch List so that you get the journals and anything new that may be good for you to know.
4. We also ask that you place our icon in your journal.

Contests

1. We will have contests every 1 1/2 month to 2 months depending on certain events.
2. They will be of actual anime/manga characters and once in a while we will hold original character contests.
3. Each contest will be judged by Yasuelf101 and MajesticMadness.
4. Once you enter a picture for the contest you can not enter it for a diffrent contest.
5. If you make a picture for another clubs contest you are still allowed to use it on one of our contest as long as it fits under the contest rules.
6. You can enter up to two drawings for each contest.
7. Your entries will be judged on a scale of 0 to 100 and averaged between the two judges.

Gallery and Favorites

The way your picture will end up in the gallery is by either submitting it for a contest or if you send us a note the judges agree that it should be in the gallery. Favorites are given by the 3 judges as well. If we go through and find a few pictures that we think might help inspire you or is a wonderful drawing then we will favorite it. This gives you the chance to see what other people out there are doing and give you a few idea's on what might help you become a better artist.

Featured Deviation

The featured deviation will be used for the contests. First Place Winners will get there picture put in the featured section until the next contest ends and a winner is choosen. This makes it possible for the winner to get chances at pageviews, comments, and favorites.
